MasterDiver app app for iPhone and iPad

We seek to create a worldwide community of technical diving experts centered around the United States Navy and the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administrations diving programs. We promote safe diving practices and access to policy publications and technical manuals, offer the ability for users to maintain their dive records from professional and recreational dives, and encourage engagement between military, government, public safety, commercial, and civilian divers.
